This is done in consultation with our clients and, where required by the client, in consultation with the client’s family.
OUR GOLDEN YEARS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• making a Will to provide for family members and other loved ones
• advising on ordinary Powers of Attorney and other practical steps which can be taken to enable family and trusted others to help the client in the management of their affairs
• putting in place an Enduring Power of Attorney to protect the client in the event that the client becomes incapable of managing their own affairs
• advising on Healthcare Directives to enable our clients to ensure their wishes for future medical treatment are known
